I am a writer, book author, psychotherapist, professor, and time management specialist. I provide a balanced and healthier approach to achieving your goals, one that prioritizes wellbeing and happiness. I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a MFA from NYU. I'm the author of five self-help books and the host of The Motivation Mindset Podcast. Over the last decade, I've developed my own time management tools, which have been featured in Forbes Magazine, Wired, Wondermind, and Business Insider. As someone who has experienced burnout before, I understand how important it is to find your own sense of personal balance. I'm on a life-long journey to keep finding that balance, and to intentionally appreciate life as it's unfolding in the moment, as much as possible.
