I am a writer, speaker, author, psychotherapist, professor, mom, and time management expert. I provide a kinder and gentler approach to achieving your goals, one that prioritizes wellbeing and happiness. I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a MFA from NYU. I'm the author of five self-help books and the host of The Motivation Mindset Podcast. Over the last decade, I've developed my own time management tools, which have been featured in Forbes Magazine, Wired, Wondermind, and Business Insider. As someone who has experienced intense burnout before, I understand how important it is to find your own sense of balance and wellbeing. I'm on a life-long journey to keep learning, growing, balancing things out, and appreciating life as it's happening in the moment, as much as I can!
