I am a writer, book author, licensed psychotherapist, psychology professor, podcaster, and a time management specialist. I provide a balanced and healthier approach to achieving your goals, one that prioritizes wellbeing and happiness. I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Master in Fine Arts from NYU. I'm the author of five self-help books, which have been published in five different languages, and I'm the host of The Motivation Mindset Podcast. I've worked in the field of psychology for over fifteen years, and I've been interviewed in Forbes Magazine, Wired, Real Simple, Wondermind, HuffPost, Women's World, and Business Insider. I live with my two kids and husband in Los Angeles, where I love to explore different places and find fun things to do.
