Article: https://www.verywellmind.com/silly-productivity-tips-that-work-11737338 Thanks to Sian Ferguson and Very Well Mind for the interview! My new book, Max and The Imaginary Tree, is now in stores worldwide! I wrote this book with my friend and fellow therapist, Erica Curtis, based on a story I made up to tell my own kids who never seemed to want to go to sleep at night! It was the way I taught them to take big deep breaths to calm down at night by imagining leaves on a tree swaying back and forth with each breath. We're so excited to share this story with you now, along with Erica's magical illustrations and helpful worksheets at the end of the book. It is a part of a larger series of books we are doing called The Calm Kids Collection, which teaches kids (and grownups) essential calming down skills. Please buy a copy and read it with the kids in your life or donate to your local school/library to help others - Thank you for reading our book!
