I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT #89984) trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, a professor with a background in the arts, and a published book author. I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Master's in Fine Arts from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.  I provide positive support, easy to use mental tools, goal setting techniques, and creative exercises to my therapy and coaching clients. Together, we will focus on your strengths and what's working for you right now, and we will move toward your goals at a pace that feels sustainable to you.

WHAT TYPES OF COACHING DO YOU OFFER?
Anxiety and Stress Reduction Coaching provides clients with exercises and tools they can use to manage their anxiety and daily stress.  You will learn how to monitor, navigate and regulate your anxiety and stress triggers, and gain tools that will increase your feeling of empowerment. ​Goal-Setting Coaching is for clients working to focus their sessions on a working to complete specific goals. In goal-oriented sessions, we will work together to meet your deadlines by practicing time management skills, stress reduction skills specifically related to your goal, creative exercises, and visualization techniques.

Time Management and Productivity Coaching is for clients who are struggling with focusing on tasks, clients juggling busy schedules, or clients working from home who could benefit from better structure and scheduling. I also specialize in helping adults with ADHD manage their time by providing educational tools and accountability checkpoints for meeting their goals.

​Confidence and Self-Esteem Coaching
 is for clients who specifically want to work on raising their self esteem and confidence through positive self-talk training. Additionally, I work with clients to improve their self-talk and manage anxiety triggers when it comes to performances, meetings, competitions, exams, public speaking, and appearances.  

Career Transition Coaching is for clients who are navigating a shift in their jobs or career paths who need help clarifying what they want going forward. Using journaling and worksheets, you will begin to outline your new path, discover what makes you happy to do as a career, and set new goals that feel manageable to you.

​WHAT ARE ONLINE SESSIONS? 
Online sessions (via video sessions or phone calls) allow me to see clients who are in different locations. It frees busy clients from having to drive to a therapist's office and allows them the freedom to feel comfortable and more relaxed in a setting of their choice. As a trained professional, I am able to pick up on vocal and visual clues to maintain a connection with my clients via telehealth.

​DO YOU ALSO OFFER IN OFFICE SESSIONS?
At this time, I only offer online sessions. For therapy, I provide online therapy sessions for clients who are located in California. For coaching, I provide online sessions for clients in many different locations, including internationally. I also host online workshops.
​​WHAT IS THE COST?
My fee is $150 per 45 minute session. I accept private pay for sessions. For insurances: Optum and Cigna insurances are accepted for CA clients only. If your main health insurance is through Anthem, you might want to call to check to see if your Behavioral Health plan is through Optum as this is the case for some CA plans (especially those in the Motion Picture Guild). Please check with your provider to make sure I am in network with your plan.
