Risa Williams is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #89984) and online life coach, specializing in anxiety and stress reduction tools, self-esteem techniques and productivity skills. She is also the co-author of the book, Cinescopes: What Your Favorite Movies Reveal About You (Quirk Books). She has a MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and a MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She teaches at various universities in Los Angeles.
